Festival of Arts @ Anis's school

Ke'bz'ian melanda akhir2 ni, research works, Anis cuti sekolah, raya dan raya dan raya lagi.. ,
public holiday (Melbourne's Cup Day).
Anyway entry kali ni bukan gambar open house raya yg sememangnya teramat padat every weekends.
It's about Festival of Art kat sekolah Anis last week.
She has been very excited about this since Ramadhan lagi..
The kids really enjoyed the event! 
Nevertheless, deep inside me, I'm very glad that we don't have to stay here for a long time!!

Malaysian cyclists in Melbourne

Never missed our chance to take photos with Josiah Ng, Joo Ngan and the rest of the team.
Nice to meet them all.
When we were invited by them for BBQ at their house, it's quite suprising that Aiman is already making good friends with most of them.
Wish them the best of luck, and hope they'll achieve their target in UCI Track Cycling World Cup Sydney, World Cup Moscow & Doha 2006.

Kalau tahun2 yg sebelumnya solat biasanya dalam Msia Hall.
Tapi kali ni solat raya dibuat terbuka di parking space Msia Hall.
Org punyalah ramai..>1000 org kut!
Aktiviti kitorg slps Msia Hall ialah pusing satu kampung Victoria..
Makan tu x cakapla, tak larat nak makan dah..
1 Syawal tu berjaya pusing 8 rmh sampai ke mlm.
Rumah2 yg tak sempat tu insyaallah lain kali.
Yg pastinya raya di Melbourne tetap sebulan..
Lepas ni every weekends mmg akan penuh dgn open hse yg tak henti2..

Kebetulan, time puasa lagilah meriah dan seronok.
Sedikit fakta about the cake:
1. Kek dipilih oleh Aiman setelah berebut nak pilih kek ngan Anis.
2. Anis beria nak belikan lilin yg ada princess Barbie
3. B'day card pun budak2 ni yg pilihkan..
4. Hadiah? Spt dlm gbr tu!!

Kambing seekor dibakar dan di'sumbat' dgn nasi Arab..
Best tapi imaginelah seekor kambing!!
Nak ajak ramai2 takut tak muat rmh.
Setakat ni mmg tiap2 weekend ajak org berbuka cuma menunya tak tentu, rezeki masing2.
Nasi kambing ni pun last minute nya plan.
Thanks to family Abg Usop, Fuzan, Syahril, Amir-Ida, Ema, Siti & Lin yg sudi dtg.
Fakta IFTAR:
1. Hadirin: Dewasa-14 org, Kanak2- 9 org
2. Makanan tuan rumah: Nasi kambing, kari ayam, acar, bubur pulut hitam + durian, bingka roti, kurma & air sirap
3. Makanan dr jemputan:
-Roti jala + kari daging, karipap, keropok lekor, jelly buah2an

Plan tu mmg ada, tapi tak sempat nak snap gambar2.
We celebrated our 1st Iftar at home, inviting a few family friends.
This is kind of routine since 2-3 yrs ago. at least once a week (during weekend of course).
Ajak 2-3 families one at a time.
Makan sorg2 (1 family) mcm boring je & malas nak masak byk2 setakat utk 2 adults makan..
Rasa tak berbaloi je..
Nak ajak ramai2 sekaligus, takut tak muat pulak rmh kami yg comel tu.
Last week kelam kabut sgt prepare juadah, tak sempat nak ambik gbr.
Our juadah for the 1st Iftar were mihun goreng, BBQ lamb cutlet, sambal tumis sotong, sayur campur & kari ikan..
While the desserts were kurma, Pide breads, baklava (Turkish delights~ which is one of our compulsory Iftar cuisine )..
Utk hari ni, ada kwn invite ke rmh.
Esok? Biarlah rahsia dulu..he..he

It was organized by one of our friend @ the Royal Exhibition Centre
(which was the location of our 'photography session' for the last autumn season, remember?. )
Seronok, rasa mcm expo kat Msia, cuma bezanya with multicultural of Islamic exhibition.
Antara yg hadir dr Msia ialah MATRADE, JAKIM, IIUM & Sri Munawwarah Design.
One of the most interesting booth is the Chinese Islamic Calligraphy from the mainland of China.
We grabbed this golden opportunity to print our names in this beautiful Chinese Islamic art.

Azizul raih emas pecut remaja
HARAPAN emas negara menjadi kenyataan apabila pelumba muda, Mohd Azizul Hasni (gambar) mengungguli acara pecut lelaki remaja Kejohanan Lumba Basikal Asia (ACC) di Velodrom Kuala Lumpur, semalam.
Azizul, pelumba projek Gemilang, mengatasi saingan sengit pelumba Korea, Cheon Ho-sin apabila memenangi kedua-dua perlumbaan akhir dengan kepantasan 11.136 saat dan 11.212 saat.
Turut menceriakan kem negara ialah pelumba wanita remaja, Fatehah Mustafa, yang menebus kehampaan gagal meraih pingat acara 2km kejar mengejar individu, kelmarin untuk memenangi pingat gangsa acara pecut.
Saya bangga dapat menyumbangkan pingat emas ini untuk negara. Ia membuatkan segala pengorbanan saya selama ini berbaloi,” katanya.
Azizul, 18, turut mendedahkan betapa pelumba utama negara, Josiah Ng – yang juga idolanya – turut mendorong kejayaannya apabila memberikan kata-kata semangat dan dorongan sebelum bermula kejohanan serta selepas dia mendahului acara itu, kelmarin.
