Puffing Billy trip
|

This entry includes two things, my birthday & our trip to Puffing Billy.
We invited our close family friends to dinner sempena menyambut Ramadhan.
Puff,puff, toot, toot!!
Aiman likes it very much..
Last week we went to Puffing Billy, the only steam train that is still runnning in Victoria.
The experience was really enjoyable esp with the kids around.
We went together with family Abg Yusof & Kak Piza.
Anis & Aiman really make friends with Hasif , Harsya & Harith.

Puffing Billy is a genuine relic of our more leisurely days. An historic steam train still running regularly in the mountain district it was built to serve at the turn of the century.
The Railway is the sole survivor of four experimental lines used to develop rural areas in the early 1900's. Puffing Billy is now a major tourist attraction, its operation depending on hundreds of dedicated volunteers.
Puffing Billy runs every day of the year, except Christmas day, so why not take yourself and your family or friends on a sentimental journey along this 24.5 km operating museum. Enjoy the mountain scenery and panoramic views which pass by your carriage window. At Lakeside, the intermediate terminus of the railway is inside the beautiful Emerald Lake Park. Setelah sekian lama memendam niat utk ke Tulip Festival, akhirnya tercapai jua hajat di hati..
Memang best!! Gila tengok bunga.
tulip Festival ni diadakan utk sebulan.
Minggu pertama, baru nak berputik, so tak cantik sgt.
Minggu kedua dah kembang, cantik!
Minggu ketiga & keempat, nak layu pulak dah!! 
Luckily we came on the 2nd week.
Cuaca pulak alhamdulillah, cerah!
Each week ada tema dia tersendri, masa we all pegi, Dutch week.

Entry ni about sambutan merdeka buat kali kedua(2005) di Melbourne.
As usual, sambutan di Msian Hall.
Siap ada gerai, the 2nd celebration ni dimeriahkan dgn kehadiran VIP dr Msia.
Dato Shafie Apdal..ada sukaneka, voucher makanan free, children colouring contest and lucky draw..
GUess wat? I got the lucky draw! he..he. hoping to get free return tiket MELB-KL.
Instead get a $30 vouchers for CD/VCDs from one of Melbourne's shop.
Jadilah kan..alhamdulillah.
The 1st of getting lucky draw in my whole life..

Gathering EE-USM girls at MCTA's hs!!

During our holidays back in M'sia, we tried to arrange a gathering with the EE-USM-girls.
Finally we gathered at Mcta's house.
The gathering was really NICE and FUN!!

Majlis nikah: Mohd Sayuti & Yusyatimah (5 Ogos 2005)

It has been a long time since the last photos update..
We've been back to M'sia for my conference in Penang and also for Yuti's wedding..
Yuti is my brother in law (adik Azahar).
This entry also include our 'jl-jln' di KL with husband's sides.
The nikah ceremony took place at Kuarters Pertanian, Jln Salahuddin, KL.
Well, just couldn't imagine that there is a village-like area in the midst of KL!!
To Yuti & Yus, congratulations and may Allah bless both of you always!!

Penang Trip

The photos in this entry was taken by Azahar during our trip to Penang for my conference.
While I'm at the conference, Azahar and Pak Tam (my uncle) took Anis & Aiman around the island.
The photos at the swimming pool was at the Grand Plaza ParkRoyal, Bt Feringgi where the conf. took place.
The hotel beach is one of the affected beach during the tsunami disaster.
It's quite scary though being at the hotel, esp. when the Deputy Minister of Science & Tech. who has launched the conf. said there is a small scale of earth quake near Sumatera.
Alhamdulillah, nothing happened..
This entry also includes photos of a new mosque similar to Masjid Terapung, T'ganu built near Bt Feringgi.
This mosque is one of the building which wasn't affected by the Tsunami.
Photos of Penang from the ferry will always reminds us of how beautiful Malaysia is..
Hopefully we'll be in Malaysia again soon after I've finished my studies here, amiiin..

Mount Buller Trip

since ari ni takde mood nak belajor, so I take this chance to upload as many photos as I could.
This entry is abt our trip to Mt Buller.
We went thru ExtraGreen Travel Agency.
This trip is also our last trip to entertain adik Ani b4 going back to M'sia.
WE have to wake up as early as 5.00 AM in the morning so that we could catch up with the bus at 6!!
It was not easy after staying up till 1 pagi to make karipap for the trip!!
The 1st time making karipap by my own in the whole life!!
Even though tak secantik karipap komersial, yg pentingnya bisa dimkn dong!![/color]
